Our molding process makes the soles more comfortable and durable. We can offer various techniques to meet your different needs, such as:
- Injection Molding – Heating and melting thermoplastic materials such as EVA, PU, and PVC in an injection molding machine, then injecting them into molds to cool and form. This method is suitable for large-scale production.
- Compression Molding – Placing materials like rubber into molds, then using a hot press to heat and press them into shape. This method is suitable for making thick and highly durable soles.
- Foam Molding – Mixing EVA and PU with foaming agents and crosslinking agents to create pellets, then placing them into molds to expand and form through heating. This method is suitable for making lightweight, soft soles.
