Sample Production Process
Step 1 – Initial Communication
You can send your material requirements, design drafts, and quantity needs via the inquiry form or directly to our email at contact@hevashoeinc.com. We typically respond within 12 hours.
Step 2 – Design & Preliminary Confirmation
After receiving your information, our design team will use CAD software to create 3D models and produce a preliminary sample.
Once the sample is ready, we will send it to you for initial approval and make modifications and adjustments based on your feedback.
Step 3 – Material Procurement & Production
After the design is finalized, we will procure the required materials based on your confirmed design.
The materials will be processed according to the product specifications, and the final sample will be produced.
Step 4 – Final Confirmation
Once the final sample is completed, we will send it to you for approval. After receiving your final confirmation, we will proceed to the mass production stage.
Inquiry Form
Sample costs depend on various aspects. We typically charge twice the production cost for samples—$20 for a $10 supply price, for example. This fee is refundable with your bulk order's commencement.
The sample timing depends on the styles and soles, if the styles are from our collection, the samples can be ready in 3-5 days; If OEM styles with new last or sole, it will be 2-3 weeks.
Our delivery time is typically around 1-2 months, depending on your location.
Usually, the shipping process takes about 7-15 days from China to any country. The shipping for shoes usually cost 20-50 dollars depending on the locations.
Typically, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pairs per color, per size, per style.
We generally offer two payment methods: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Before production begins, you need to pay a 30% deposit to initiate production and material procurement. The remaining balance is due before the bulk shipment is dispatched.
