Manufacturing Process
We have a highly standardized production process, enabling us to mass-produce sneakers from various materials.
- Cutting – Using laser cutting machines or cutting molds for precise cutting of mesh and sole materials.
- Sewing – Stitching together the various parts of the upper.
- Forming – Creating the soles using injection molding and hot pressing techniques.
- Assembly – Attaching the assembled upper to the sole with adhesive through a heat press process, and then placing the insole inside the shoe.
Quality Inspection – Manually trimming the assembled shoes to ensure there is no excess glue or loose threads.
